The monthly cost includes onboarding, compensation, benefits, upscale office space with a dedicated desk, PC with two screens, Microsoft Office, power, high-speed internet, HR and IT support, workplace and communication training and support, and participation in awesome office events and workplace culture.
We hope and expect that you will build a long-term, fully-integrated team, but the standard Relay contract is cancellable with 30 days’ notice, without exit or termination fee.
