Job Overview

The Operations Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations, leading a team of 30–50 employees to ensure optimal performance in quality, productivity, and client satisfaction. This role is responsible for coaching, developing, and managing staff while maintaining open communication with leadership and clients. The Operations Supervisor ensures business targets are met, client expectations are exceeded, and company policies are followed with excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of 30–50 employees ensuring performance excellence
  • Coach, mentor, and develop staff to meet quality and productivity goals
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal leadership
  • Oversee attendance, PTO management, and payroll coordination
  • Implement and monitor KPIs to achieve operational targets
  • Conduct team meetings and performance evaluations regularly
  • Handle employee relations matters and apply corrective actions when needed

Education & Training

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Training or certifications in leadership, operations management, or performance coaching are a plus

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and decisionmaking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and workforce management tools
  • Knowledge of staffing operations, client management, and KPI tracking
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
  • Strong ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information
