Job Overview
The Financial Analyst is responsible for conducting thorough financial analysis and modeling to support the organization’s decision-making processes. On a daily basis, this role involves analyzing financial data, preparing detailed reports, and providing insights to guide strategic planning and budgeting. The primary objectives include identifying financial trends, evaluating investment opportunities, and ensuring accurate financial forecasting. Additionally, the Financial Analyst collaborates with various departments to optimize financial performance and support the achievement of the company’s financial goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
- Analyze financial data and trends. Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
- Evaluate investment opportunities. Monitor financial performance and variances.
- Support decisionmaking with financial insights.

Education & Training
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required.
- Professional certification such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, such as Excel and financial software applications.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and investment analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and presentation skills for conveying complex financial information. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Minimum of 23 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a related field.
