The Career Counseling Assistant supports the Career Counselor in planning, organizing, and executing coaching programs for our employees. It is in charge of the majority of the administrative tasks such as coordinating mock interviews, creating and editing resumes that fit client requirements, assigning courses and coaching applicants prior to interview to successfully get placed with the company’s client directory.
