Job Overview
The HR Recruiter is responsible for executing full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to onboarding new hires. This role partners closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure the selection of high-quality candidates who align with company culture and goals. The HR Recruiter serves as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage fullcycle recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and define strategies
- Develop job descriptions and post openings on multiple platforms
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and background checks
- Maintain ATS data accuracy and candidate documentation
- Prepare hiring reports and recruitment analytics
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Promote a positive candidate experience and employer brand
Education & Training
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of recruitment experience in a corporate or staffing environment
- Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (SHRM, PHR, or similar) is an asset
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Expertise in fullcycle recruitment and sourcing strategies
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
- Knowledge of ATS/HRIS systems and recruitment analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital recruitment tools
